I've had this watch for about a month now. One of my most beautiful watches I own for sure. DC sent me the QC photos after 10 days from payment. They answered a few QC questions that I had. DC wrapped it very well for shipping and it survived a courrier litterally throwing it onto my steps. The 7 Day reserve is probably about 4 days. Stem is very tight and secure. The stem is the only control to set the day and date and the month has no control so be careful not to accidentally set the time in advance too much or you will have to cycle through the whole year to get back to today. Ask me how I know (It took me a while). Absolutely beautiful watch. Really happy with the service and just ordered another watch.

    Just received one of these and it is beautiful. It wasn’t listed in the description, and it may not be included indefinitely, but I also got the matching 007 NATO strap and branded warranty card. A nice surprise to be sure. Anyway, I find no external flaws with this piece (certainly none that can be seen on the wrist without a microscope). Even the bezel action is fairly sharp and accurate, with little to no play – a not uncommon complaint with this watch. I will certainly purchase again from Dealer Clocks.

    Daniel is professional, responsive, and very helpful when choosing between different watch options. His quality control is exceptional—he carefully inspects each watch and only sends QC photos after it meets his standards.

    For anyone unsure about the process, Daniel is trustworthy and delivers exactly what he promises. The watches are excellent quality, and I would definitely recommend him. I’ll be purchasing more watches in the future.

    Shipping took a little longer because of my location, but Daniel’s communication was outstanding throughout the process.
